Current Research Interests
Generally, the goal of my research is to develop more accurate, and less invasive ways of measuring human kinematics and kinetics.
Specifically, my research goals include:
• Adding whole body 3D kinetic analysis to a model based markerless motion capture method of measuring human motion
• Developing an automated method of estimating body segment inertial parameters from a 3D laser scan
• Developing a method of estimating ground/external reaction forces using only human kinematics
