Current Research Interests

We are interested in the molecular genetics of myocardial adaptation - the response of the heart to exercise or disease stress. We take an integrative approach, using high dimensional genomic analysis to identify gene expression networks then use wet bench tools to assay the biological systems. We have a particular interest in the application of next generation sequencing to clinical medicine.
