Current Research Interests
My research interests include: predicting outcome in patients who have suffered hypoxic-ischemic brain injury due to cardiac arrest using MR imaging and serum biomarkers, studying the process of perihematomal edema and secondary injury in patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage using biomarkers and MR imaging, determining the diagnostic utility of MR imaging in spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage, and predicting outcome in critically-ill neurologic patients
