Research Interests
My clinical and research interests primarily regard human pituitary disease and hypothalamic control of pituitary function. These studies of neuroendocrine disorders include investigations into novel therapeutic modalities for acromegaly and hypopituitarism. My other research interests include investigating the effects of anabolic hormones such as gonadal steroids and growth hormone on body composition. My specific interests are in the application of these hormones to frailty.
