Instructional Technologist
I supported campus-wide educational technology and media initiatives, managed a media lab staffed by student employees, designed and implemented classroom technologies, and acted as liaison to 13 academic departments. My work at Wooster included support for a broad variety of disciplines and projects, including writing with new media, video for self-critique and peer/instructor feedback, lecture capture, digital ink, classroom response systems, social networks for curricular support, and many others. I also supported the campus Moodle, WordPress, and Confluence platforms, and led and participated in a number of technology and educational technology initiatives, including the development of the Instructional Technology Faculty Fellows program, a redesign of the college's media lab, and the development of the BuddyPress platform for collaborative online publishing, among others.
