Bladder injuries during laparoscopic orchiopexy: incidence and lessons learned.

Laparoscopic orchiopexy is a safe operation. However, the bladder can be injured during creation of the transperitoneal tunnel for the cryptorchid testis. We reviewed our experience with this complication.
