Scientific Focus
Research Interests
1. Development of clinical implementation of hypofractionated extracranial radiosurgery with intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT).
2. Analytic and Monte Carlo modeling of brachytherapy sources and external radiation beams, including effects of tissue inhomogeneity.
3. Robotic-arm radiosurgery based on optimized inverse treatment planning.
