The purpose of this observational study, entitled "The Cystic Fibrosis Database and Specimen Banking", is to collect, maintain clinical information such as Height, Weight, PFT, Sputum data, medication, etc. and store patients' specimen (blood and mucus) of cystic fibrosis patients in a central bank for analysis of effectiveness of treatment and characteristics that may influence outcomes.

People with the conditions listed in this trial can participate as controls.Key Inclusion Criteria:
Subjects will be males and females of all ages. Subjects will have a confirmed diagnosis of cystic fibrosis, based on clinical criteria and positive testing by either sweat chloride testing, genotype testing or nasal potential difference analysis.
