Treatment of feeding disorders in children with Down Syndrome

This paper describes two children with Down Syndrome who were referred with refractory feeding disorders. The successsful treatment of both patients is described using a multidisciplinary treatment team approach. The cases highlight the complex nature of feeding disorders in this population, as well as the need to consider multiple issues during their assessment and treatment.
