Androgen-deprivation therapy is commonly used in patients with progressive prostate cancer (PCa), but can be associated with unpleasant side-effects. The objective of the study was to determine whether treatment with calcitriol and naproxen is effective in safely delaying the growth and progression of PCa in men with early recurrent disease.
