Current Research Interests
My interests include parasitology and international health; I've investigated cryptosporidium and angiostrongylus outbreaks; schistosoma/strongyloides seroprevalence in refugees, and the distribution and impact of insecticide-treated bednets for malaria and filariasis prevention in Nigeria and India. In addition, I've worked on toxoplasmosis epidemiology in Colombia, and plan to work on vector-borne infections in Indonesia. Also soon to be in Liberia for clincal and programmatic work
