Research Interests

My research group focuses on the advancement of informatics methods to support temporal systems and collaborative work.

Current projects include:
(1) Temporal pattern mining of longitudinal databases
(2) Semantic Web methods for data/knowledge integration
(3) Shared decision making between physicians and patients

I am also interested in temporal data analysis for mental health services research and mental disorder phenomenology.
