The Office of Institutional Planning assists the school with the recruitment of Senior Academic Leadership, a critical component in the future development of the school. The Office of Institutional Planning provides professional assistance to the search committee by developing a set of Recruitment Information Materials, providing staff to manage the search committee through the systematic execution of a rigorous and standardized search process, and finally, with the final stages of the recruitment, following the delivery of a short list to the Dean who then takes responsibility for the conclusion of the recruitment.
