School of Medicine Department Profile (On-Going)
As part of our office’s work on Leadership Planning and Recruitment, we produce a standardized, high-level view of a department organized around key functional areas: education, research, clinical activity, finance, space, faculty, and personnel.  In addition to its primary purpose of communicating this information to candidates, it can also be utilized for departmental planning (department reporting, Dean/Chair performance meeting, budget meetings, and benchmarking), as well as future recruitment (faculty recruitment, new faculty/staff orientation).
