VISION |
The Office of Institutional Planning helps the school establish an overarching vision for its future and develop the plans by which it is achieved. We work across organizational boundaries and help build the bridges necessary to achieve a shared vision in which all members of the School of Medicine community contribute to and benefit from its success.

| MISSION |
- We support the translation of the School of Medicine’s vision to its many units, including our university and medical center partners, by participating in the development of their respective plans.
- We provide expertise and a professional focus to structured deliberations and analyses in order to promote informed decision-making throughout the organization.
- We manage key strategic initiatives that enable the School of Medicine to effectively pursue its vision.
