The information in this site began as a 1982 self-published booklet called A Beginner's Guide to Acupressure. In 1988 it became a HyperCard file, or "stack." HyperCard was Macintosh hypertext program that was in many ways a precursor to the Internet as we know it today. The file was distributed as shareware by mail and through a number of user groups, including BMUG. You can download it, if you like (HyperCard needed to read it).

I recently learned that this content had been copied widely on the Web, and even made it's way to a Palm application, all without my byline. I've taken responsibility for my content by updating the text and creating new illustrations. I've also collaborated with Fernando Villanova to update the Palm application, which you can get here, or from Fernando's page.
