Scholarship Club

Scholarship Club is an interactive and dynamic research seminar designed for Second and Third-Year Fellows in the Department of Pediatrics but open to all pediatrics fellows, postdocs, residents, faculty, and education staff who are interested.

We discuss a variety of topics including, but not limited to:

  • Identifying research mentors and scholarly projects
  • Study design
  • Statistics
  • Survey development
  • Statistical software
  • Grant writing
  • Research-related resources and networking
  • Works in progress

Sessions are interactive and fellows are encouraged to bring their questions and works-in-progress to club for examples and group discussion. Fellows and postdocs have the option to present their work and receive faculty and peer feedback in advance of conference presentations and job talks.

Please join us for our first session on Monday, September 9, in LPCH Main, 4th floor, Room 411!
Session will be from 12:00 - 1:30 pm. Lunch will be provided!
