Updates Regarding COVID-19 Advisory

Session Description

Targeting Tcell malignancies with CART is limited due to fratracide and becuase of similar targets existing on T effector cells and Tcell malignancies. There is a need to utilize off-the-shelf gene edited CART for targeting T-ALL and T-NHL. 

Education Goals

  • Understand risk factors for patients with T-ALL
  • Understand methods for Tcell gene editing
  • Define ways of expanding CART in vivo
  • Define methods to limit CRS using in vitro models
