Dr. Lucy Kalanithi is the widow of Dr. Paul Kalanithi, author of the #1 New York Times-bestselling memoir When Breath Becomes Air, to which she wrote the epilogue. From dual perspectives as a physician and family caregiver, Dr. Kalanithi will discuss the critical role that trainees and all physicians play in the delivery of compassionate care.
