SPAARC Step 1: Listening Sessions

- Goal: Answer 2 questions:
- 1. What are your experiences with racism within the Department?
- 2. –What steps should the department take towards becoming anti-racist?
SPAARC Step 2: Consensus Surveys
Participants: All Department Faculty, Staff, Learners
Methods: 2 Rounds of Anonymous Surveys
- Round 1: Identify solutions
- Round 2: Rank solutions in the action plan
SPAARC Step 3: Develop Action Plan
Action Plan developed by using a Delphi process led by Heidi Feldman, MD, PhD
–Method: Use of anonymous surveys issued to participants in 3 rounds
