Years in Lab: 2018 - present
I recently graduated from the University of California at Davis with my Bachelor's Degree in Cognitive Science with an emphasis in Neuroscience. My undergraduate focus involved examining the link between brain biology and complex behaviors, while taking into account the influence of evolutionary history and developmental mechanisms. For the past year and a half, I have been working as an undergraduate research assistant at the Brain, Mind and Behavior Unit at the California National Primate Research Center investigating naturally occurring social differences in rhesus macaques as a model of autism spectrum disorder. After graduating, I was officially hired onto this project as a Junior Specialist, and I am very excited to be a part of the team!
