• Financial plan: Stanford Eye Laser Center offers a payment plan that allows payments to be paid over 6 to 12 months. If you choose this option a completed application is required one week prior to your scheduled surgery.

The day of surgery 50% of the surgery fee is payable to Stanford Eye Laser Center, with the remaining balance to be evenly divided over 6 to 12 months. You will be required to make payments as scheduled as there is no grace period.
