A national leader in clinical and laboratory instruction, the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (ENT) equips individuals with the skills for lifelong learning and the framework for translating the latest research into patient care. The department challenges medical students, graduate students, residents and postdoctoral fellows to explore their own interests through clinical and basic research while providing a solid foundation in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of nose, throat, and head and neck disorders. As part of the department’s dynamic learning environment, all faculty members pursue their own research projects.
