The second annual Childx symposium, a conference focused on inspiring innovation in pediatric and maternal health, will take place April 21 and 22 at Stanford. Dr. Zulfiqar Bhutta from the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto will be part of a session focusing on the critical needs of health systems in low- and middle-income countries. In this podcast, he discusses the worldwide progress on children's health and survival. Bhutta is co-director of the SickKids Centre for Global Child Health and the founding director of the Center of Excellence in Women and Child Health at the Aga Khan University in Pakistan.
