Fees

Prescription Refills

Hospitalization

If surgery is recommended, Clinic staff will assist you with any diagnostic tests that may be needed, schedule surgery and provide information about hospitalization. If you are scheduled to be admitted to the Hospital, a Patient Representative from Patient Admitting Services will contact you before your admission date to obtain pre-registration information.

Community and Patient Relations

The Community and Patient Relations office represents patients, ensuring that your rights are protected in a large medical complex. For assistance, please contact a Patient Representative Associate at (650) 723-7167.
