Cyclotron & Radiochemistry Facility

The Stanford Cyclotron and Radiochemistry Facility (CRF) generates clinically approved and novel radiotracers to advance early detection and treatment of diseases, ultimately improving human health.

Tracer Production – To provide high quality clinical and pre-clinical radiotracers for understanding and detecting cancer, cardiac conditions, inflammatory disorders, and neurodegenerative diseases that affect humankind.

Regulatory Control – To ensure safety and good laboratory/manufacturing practice among facility members and to provide consistent, streamlined support for introduction of new tracers.

Education and Training – To foster an environment of learning, teaching, collaboration, creativity and discovery among its students, staff, and faculty.
