The Meyer Lab research focuses on hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) and Treg cell immunotherapy, with an emphasis on the treatment of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) as well as immune tolerance induction for transplantation and autoimmunity. We are part of Stanford Medicine's Bone and Marrow Transplantation (BMT) department.
