Candidate Preparation
Under-represented racial and ethnic groups and female candidates are often under-prepared for transitions into faculty and leadership positions.
We aim to help all candidates prepare more effectively by analyzing the entire interview process.
We will offer self-confidence and leadership mini-training, provide general advice/support in an email invitation, and ask candidates to take advantage of non-search committee training and preparation for interviews.
