MD Program Financial Aid

Stanford University School of Medicine's mission is to prepare physicians who will provide outstanding, patient-centered care and to inspire future leaders who will improve world health through scholarship and innovation.

The M.D. Financial Aid Office facilitates this process by providing a comprehensive and unique financial aid package to assist in making a Stanford University School of Medicine education affordable for a broad range of students.

These pages describe the educational financing opportunities available through the M.D. Financial Aid Office and the policies that govern financial aid eligibility for the 2012-13 and 2013-14 academic year.
