The Guide to the Scholarly Concentrations, for students who matriculated in 2005-06, 2006-07, 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11, 2011-12, or 2012-13 is a published resource that answers many of the questions students, concentration directors, academic advisors, and administrators have about how these important programs work and are integrated into the careers of our MD students. Although more up-to-date information about the specific Scholarly Concentrations may be found online, the printed SC Guide offers a handy way to organize and review the SC program as a whole.

Policy Updates and Addenda

Any policy addenda or updated versions of the SC Guide will be posted to this site. Older versions will continue to be available online for reference.

To learn about other policies related to the MD degree program at Stanford, please refer to the MD program web site or to the Policies and Standards page. Of course, you may always contact the School of Medicine's Educational Programs & Services (EPS) directly to find someone who can assist you.
