The Final Completion Worksheet represents oral and written presentation of the student's portfolio in toto , demonstrating the means by which the student has pursued her/his particular goals and objectives. The worksheet is completed and signed by the student and the Faculty Research/Project Advisor, and then submitted to the Concentration Director for approval and signature. The Concentration Director uses this worksheet, a letter from the Faculty Research/Project Advisor, and additional letters as requested, to write a paragraph for the "Dean's Letter" representing the student's Scholarly accomplishments. This paragraph is due August 1st of the final year of medical school. Completion of the Scholarly Concentration is required for graduation.

During the Spring quarter, your SC Director may request that you complete an Annual Progress Report, which will include a review of student coursework and scholarship progress.
