Scholarly Concentration Progress and Evaluation

Final Completion Worksheet

The Final Completion Worksheet represents oral and written presentation of the student's portfolio in toto , demonstrating the means by which the student has pursued her/his particular goals and objectives. The worksheet is submitted to the Concentration Director for final approval. The Concentration Director uses this worksheet and a letter from the Faculty Research/Project Advisor to write a paragraph for the "Dean's Letter" representing the student's Scholarly accomplishments. This paragraph is due June 29th before the final year of medical school. Completion of the Scholarly Concentration is required for graduation.

During the Spring quarter, your SC Director may request that you complete an Annual Progress Report, which will include a review of student coursework and scholarship progress.
