Application Fee and Billing Information
- A non-refundable application processing fee of $100 is charged when your application form is received by the clerkship office.
- Each quarter requires a new application, thus a separate $100 non-refundable application fee.
- If you are scheduled for two or three clerkships during the same quarter, the fee will increase to $200 or $300 respectively.
How to Pay your Application Fee
Before attempting to pay your fee, please carefully review the following information.
- A bill notification will be sent to your email address from the University Cashier's office via Stanford ePay.
- For bill notification dates and due dates: The Billing Cycle
- The fee is not due before you are scheduled or before you begin your clerkship.
- After you receive the bill notification, follow steps 1-7 below to pay your bill.
- If you have not received the bill notification within a week after the date indicated, proceed with steps 1-7.
- Go to http://sunetid.stanford.edu/ to create your SUNet ID using your 8-digit Stanford ID# (Provided by US mail after scheduling is completed)
- Launch Axess at https://axess.stanford.edu/.
- Enter your SUNet ID and password as prompted.
- Click the link on the Web Authentication window.
- Select the Home or Finances tab. (If this does not show up, wait 2-3 days then try again)
- Click Stanford ePay Login link.
- Click Make Payment from the left hand menu options.
