  • Current and former MD students can use our online Document Request Form to submit application form completion requests, request a Letter of Good Standing, or request other services from the Registrar's Office.  
  • Third party requestors/employers should use the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) for all MD degree verification requests. See Degree Verifications for more information.
