The Stanford Pediatric Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and Celiac Disease Research Program supports two funding opportunities to spark innovative research and development of new treatments to improve the lives of all children with IBD and celiac disease. 

Stanford Pediatric IBD and Celiac Disease Research Awards Program - Seed Grants

The Stanford Pediatric IBD and Celiac Disease Research Awards Program Seed Grants will support the work of scientists across Stanford and pivot their work toward pediatric disease and push research in novel directions to benefit children. The research awards will help fuel early-stage, high-risk, high-reward projects not yet ready for NIH or other government funding. The Stanford Pediatric IBD and Celiac Disease Research Program - Postdoctoral Support

The Stanford Pediatric IBD and Celiac Disease Research Program Postdoctoral Support awards will fund innovative research in pediatric IBD and celiac disease. The program aims to motivate and train the next generation of pediatric IBD and celiac disease researchers.The awards will support postdoctoral fellows in existing labs across campus as they shift Stanford’s adjacent research in IBD and celiac disease to focus on children.
