As Senior Associate Deans, our goal is to facilitate the efforts of the faculty, staff, students and fellows to fulfill this mission. While we are fortunate to have truly outstanding research programs, there is always room for evolution and improvement, especially in response to changes in the world around us.
Changes in funding sources, today’s increasingly complex regulatory landscape and the translation of research into tangible benefits for human health are all exciting challenges. Working with our faculty colleagues, staff and students, we are intent on helping the School of Medicine meet these challenges and maintain our pre-eminent position in discovery and innovation.

- Ffacilitating translational medicine through programs like ACCESS
- Reviewing requests for PI waivers
- Overseeing core facilities and veterinary services
