Our research focuses on the study of human soft tissue tumors using gene microarray and tissue microarray technology. We perform global gene expression analysis followed by validation of the data with in situ hybridization or immunohistochemistry on tissue microarrays. Our goal is to find new diagnostic and prognostic markers in sarcoma and to identify potential therapeutic targets.
