Purpose

Stanford Medicine is embarking on an Integrated Strategic Plan that encompasses Stanford Health Care, School of Medicine, and Stanford Children’s Health. The goal of the Integrated Strategic Plan is to align decision-making and planning with the overall Stanford Medicine strategy through a collaborative and inclusive process that includes input and engagement from the faculty, staff, and students from all three entities.

The Integrated Strategic Plan will:

  • Be informed by the unique strategic challenges faced by each entity
  • Encompass the tripartite mission (clinical, research, education), with a particular emphasis on clinical strategy
  • Align with Stanford University’s strategic planning process
