Where to get Contribute
- You can download a free 30-day trial version from the Adobe/Macromedia Web site; NOTE: If you plan to purchase a copy through Stanford (next item) use the Stanford Software Licensing installer and avoid the free trial version to avoid installation problems later.
- Buy Contribute through your regular local procurement process. Contribute is available for purchase through Stanford Software Licensing (SUNet ID required to view). See the Complete Part Number List (pdf) for purchasing codes for just Contribute.
- Contribute is also available from the Stanford Bookstore, as well as the Adobe Education Store (for educational version).
More Training
Within Contribute: There is a tutorial available within Contribute. Pull the "Help" menu to "Tutorial." There are also updates, help files and tutorials on the Adobe/Macromedia Web site: http://www.adobe.com/support/contribute/
Stanford Online Training: Additional basic training for HTML, Web development, Dreamweaver and many other software products is available through http://techport.stanford.edu/
Paid Stanford Training: ITSS also offers in-person training by appointment http://trainingbyappointment.stanford.edu/
