Reggie, Online Event Registration

Registration Form Builder allows School of Medicine faculty and staff to provide online registration for events, meetings, seminars, conferences, non-curriculum courses, or any other gatherings of any size that require registration.

Within minutes, and with no prior knowledge of HTML or web design you can create and publish a registration page for your class or event on the web.

IMPORTANT CHANGES TO REGGIE SERVICE

Sadly, after many  years of providing simple and free online registrations to our community, our Reggie application is approaching the end of its life cycle.

After December 15, 2009, Reggie will only be available to admin and register for users with SUNet IDs

After August 31, 2010, Reggie will no longer be available

It is built to work for

The course administrator logs onto the system, fills out two simple forms and the registration application is automatically generated and is instantly available on the web via an assigned URL. The course administrator can then add a link to the online registration on his/her site. From the system, the administrator can monitor the details of the process and perform functions such as sending bulk email to all registrants and other administrative functions.

Who Can Use this System

The system, both admin and registration forms, will soon be viewable only by users with SUNet IDs. If you expect to register non-Stanford users, you will need to look for a different system for any events after December 15, 2009, when access will be restricted. See the Reggie sunset announcement for more details and options.

The Reggie system will be retired on August 31, 2010.

About Username, Password and Logon

After December 15, 2009, users will need two logins to access Reggie: First, their SUNet ID and password, then, a custom login and password for Reggie. Do not use your SUNet password for the Reggie-specific login. Some staff members at IRT will be able to see you password in clear text so don't use a password that you also use to protect vital and sensitive information.

How to Get Started

The first thing you must do to get started is to register as an "Owner." As an owner you can create forms for your courses and events, receive email from registrants and view registrants on your own web pages. Once you have registered as an owner you will be automatically taken to the "Owner Home Page." There are options to change Owner Profile and to"create a new form." Choose "create a new form" and you will see a new page that asks for basic information on the course or event you are publishing.

For more information and instructions, click on the "Help/Information" button when you get to Registration Form Builder.
