Reggie/ORC Branding Profiles

Quick Help

Your department's Reggie/ORC account should come with three Branding Profiles: Template (default), iFrame Brand and SM Brand. If you don't have these Branding Profiles, contact Web Help.

This page will help you add a School of Medicine or Stanford Hospital & Clinics Branding Profile. You can also develop your own branding graphics and profiles, or iFrame your form with the iFrame Brand.

Here are the Branding Profile graphics. Right-click (Win) or Ctrl-click (Mac) to Save As, or click to view, then Save As to your desktop.

Here's how to create a new Branding Profile:

  1. Click the Branding Profiles tab, then "SM Brand"
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the profile and click the button "Make a Copy of this Profile"
  3. In the resulting new profile, change the name to "SoM Brand" or "SHC Brand" as appropriate
  4. Change the "Top Banner" graphic to the version you downloaded to your desktop
  5. It is recommended you leave unchecked the street address related fields, unless you need to collect that information
  6. For reference, the "Margin Background" and "Day of the Week" color is D6D5C7 and "Header Text" has been set to black from the default profile
  7. Leave page width at 750 to match the graphics
  8. Additional settings can be found under "Custom Verbiage"
