Information Resources & Technology at the Stanford School of Medicine has created a front-end application for the Stanford Smartpage system. This application:
- provides a simple web interface for sending text pages to SUMC clinical staff.
- allows each department, division and residency program to maintain its own customized online pager directory.
- respects the out-of-office and forwarded pager status of each pager owner as designated in the Smartpage system.
To request a new textpaging directory for your SUMC group, please use the IRT Pager Service support form.
All other questions re: pager service and reception should be directed to the Medical Center Paging Services (available at http://www.stanford.edu/services/paging/ or 725-7101). Note: to add cell phones and other devices to their short-range pager number, pager owners should call the Pager Administration office at 725-7101.
