Start a New Project With Us

More Information

Whether you want to build an entirely new site or integrate an existing site into Stanford Medicine's latest design, we can provide your department with a useful Web presence that is easy to maintain. Addtionally, you will have access to a myriad of tools designed specifically to enhance your Web site .

We'll work with you to define your site goals and functionality as well as your role in the development process. Understanding your audience and focusing your message is the critical first step. Our goal is to work with our departments and divisions to produce and develop Web sites that express your priorities and to create products with which you will be happy and of which you will be proud.

Stanford Medicine Web PageDeveloping a Web site is a multiple-step process that involves IRT and you. It is a collaborative project with us providing technology and design while you provide the content and the organization expertise.

We have technical staff who are available on a project basis to work with departments to develop new Web sites or specific web functionality. Our developers can take care of all the technical aspects of developing a Web site, allowing departments to focus on the content and strategic direction for their sites.

Once the development process is complete we turn ongoing maintenance over to the department using simple editing tools and provide assistance via our web help desk for any questions or problems that local web-authors encounter. Our core services are free to all departments. If your project is large in scope we often also partner with external consultants.
