Maestro 1.0 Beta
- Maestro is NOT supported on Windows Internet Explorer - if you use a Windows machine, please use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
- Many functions on the Reports tab are not functioning.
- Grouping sessions that are already grouped doesn't work. In order to add a session to a group, first ungroup the existing group and then regroup it with the additional session.
- Deleting a user-created (a session not made by our scheduling office) session does not work on Windows. As an alternative you can hide the session. If you need to delete a session and only have access to a Windows machine - please log a help ticket via the help link at the top of the page, identifying which event and session you want deleted, and we will take care of it.
- There will be no result when running a custom search for a date range where the end of the date range is earlier than the start. This is intentional.
- You can bookmark links to EventApps reports to save them. However, you must first be logged into EventApp for the bookmark to work.
- If by error you add the same person in the same role multiple times for Event staff, only one instance will be saved when you click "Save Details". If you try and delete one instance - then all instances of that person in that role will be deleted once you save (even though you'll still see instances in the list prior to save).
- In some cases, you may see the "-/+" buttons disappear when adding multiple criteria to a filter. If this is blocking your work, please try another browser. If you are still having problems, please log a help ticket via the EventApp "Help" link at the top of the page.
- When adding links to the Event or Session descriptions, you must choose the Target to be "Open link in a new window" (or include target="_blank" in the HTML).
