How to Request Software Installation

You have likely already received instructions in email about the installation process. Once you are identified and approved as an SHC Web Author, the process for obtaining Contribute software will depend on your affiliation:

For Stanford Hospital & Clinics Employees (SHC)

In order install the site-editing software we will need the computer number of your SHC issued hardware. This number will be on a white sticker on your computer and will begin with either WKS or LAP. Please email the your WKS / LAP number. Once we have that number, the SHC IT department will be contacting you about installing the software.

For Stanford School of Medicine or Univeristy Employees

If you are a University employee (not an SHC employee) that is not using SHC IT-issued hardware, please let us know, and we can provide an alternate route for attaining your software.
