Policies for Hosted ServersAll Data Center customers should be aware of our hosting policies, including what we can and cannot support regarding hardware and software. Click here for an outline of our policies. Servers will also have to meet all School of Medicine data security requirements; IRT will lead you through a security assessment.
RatesRates for our server hosting are based on a monthly charge. There is no setup fee to bring a standard server into the data center. Click here for a list of our most current monthly hosting rates. Rates are subject to change; to request a quote, please submit a HelpSU ticket and someone from the data center will contact you.
Service Level AgreementOur Service Level Agreement describes the services provided to clients in support of their ongoing business. This is used in conjunction with customer specific agreements for particular services. It does not describe other IRT services, such as application development or business systems analysis, which are managed on a project basis.
