Fixed many interaction problems with data extraction query elements, data extractions now perform reliably
Cancer Center Tissue Bank tissue distribution now preserves all distribution records; coded/anon reinstated in distribution dialog
Patient search was reopening existing patient rather than displaying an error message when the supplied search term was not found
HIPAA consent signed radio button setting now shows in UI on reopen (CGC)
