The Strategic Planning Application provides a central repository for the Institutional Planning Office to manage the plans of organizations throughout the School of Medicine. It allows users to develop their strategic plans including determination of missions, goals, activities and initiatives. It also provides tools for organizations to define their success metrics and monitor their performance relative to their plans.
This web-based application will facilitate communication throughout the School of goals, initiatives and activities.
It is the product of a collaboration among the Institutional Planning Office, Administrative Systems and Systems Engineering & Architecture. The system was developed in Oracle ApEx (aka HTML DB) by Tanya Podchiyska.
