Desktop Support
IRT provides basic desktop support to the faculty, students, and staff at the School of Medicine, as well as extended technical support to a number of groups and departments. Basic support for technical support, training resources and technical solution recommendations includes access to our Service Desk using

Departments can fund expanded technical support, which includes on-site computing support. Currently, these departments include: IRT, HRG, Finance, RMG, SPCTRM, Planning, Facilities, OCPA, Health & Safety, Academic Affairs, EPS, Dean’s Suite, Medical Development, CTRU, Stem Cell Institute, Neonatology, and Cardiothoracic Surgery.
We assist all other School of Medicine departments and groups remotely as we are able. If you require on-site work, we will contact your departmental IT support to provide additional support.
