$20 million gift to establish cancer stem cell research center at Stanford
The medical school has received a $20 million gift from the Virginia and D.K. Ludwig Fund to establish a new world-class research enterprise to study cancer stem cells, which are believed to be at the heart of most cancers.

The program was developed at Stanford and features a true-or-false quiz to determine whether or not your thoughts and feelings about weight and your body put you at risk for an eating disorder.
