A study from Rand Corp. has found that costly treatments such as improved defibrillators and drugs for Alzheimer's disease pose great financial risk to Medicare. Stanford researchers were involved in the study.

A Stanford study has found that facial bones actually shrink and dissolve over time, changing our facial structure. The segment also aired on WFLA-TV (Tampa, Fla.), KXAS-TV (Dallas) and KSL-TV  (Salt Lake City).
